The links below compile together some of my posts about desktop Linux. My longterm goal for this page is to paint a reasonably complete picture of the kind of considerations that developers and marketers need to embrace to help desktop Linux win.
While I use a voice that asserts much as “the correct way,” it’s important to realize that many paths lead desktop Linux forward. Part of the power of open source backed by a committed community is that we can try many different paths at once. I offer thoughts as possible edification for those who work at deep levels, yet are interested in broad views.
